When you call, a real person answers, and they always have an easy-to-work-with attitude. One week ago, on a cold December morning, we ran out of propane. This was a first. And while that might seem like a negative, Propane Plus did a great job of remedying the situation. Over the phone they immediately expressed their apologies and assured me that they would have someone out to my house asap. And sure enough, someone was at my door within a couple hours, which I thought was great!
